“I just want to cook for brides on their wedding day.” I declared at eight years old. Over 40 years later, I still feel the same way.
There is something so magical about cooking outside, in a field, a forest, a campsite, a barn or a meadow surrounded by the natural beauty all around us here in the Catskill Mountains.
Our exceptional staff goes beyond what is expected to make your day the best day! We serve our food on cast iron, vintage silver platter and vintage plates so at no point during your event, you feel you are in an industrial production line. Our goal is to creates a wildly beautiful and delicious experience that blends with the nature around us.
Our ingredients are made by folks and farmers that love what they do, and I am convinced that matters.

“Deanna is AMAZING!!!! She catered my wedding a few months ago, and the food was FANTASTIC! She made an entire vegan wedding for us, and being two of four vegans in our entire combined family, my husband and I were constantly being complimented about the food. The food was outstanding but what blows my mind more is how incredible Deanna is! Our wedding venue was giving us a hard time and not willing to help us at all, and Deanna and her staff stepped right in and made sure our wedding was beautiful. I know it would not have been as amazing as it was if Deanna was not part of it. My husband and I are thinking of different occasions we can hire Deanna for so we can get a taste of her phenomenal food again! She did such a great job and will always have a piece of my heart for all of her hard work and dedication to make our wedding so special.”
