“To begin with, the food was simply out of this world! We loved working with Deanna, she made the whole process not only effortless but a blast! Our wedding was at Maple Shade Farm (the most incredible venue) and she truly understood our vision right off the bat. We were having a non-traditional wedding, in the sense that we decided to forgo the formality of a sit down dinner and wanted it to feel like a never ending cocktail hour. We told her our vision and then she just ran with it and blew us away! The presentation of the entire meal was done in giant cast iron dishes, which our venue only enhanced the beauty and rustic sophistication of her food. She totally understood what we wanted and the food never stopped coming!

To this day, our friends and family are still coming up to us and raving about how amazing everything was! Which is such a huge compliment as people rarely ever talk about wedding food, as it can be pretty forgettable and bland, but Deanna was (not only as a person) truly memorable. From the moment we met, she made us feel just like family. Our tasting was done casually at her house where she made us almost everything from our menu (truffle risotto!) and we couldn’t wait for our big day and to see it all come to life. She always made herself available to chat with us in the months, days and hours up to our wedding. Checked with us before she made any changes - no matter how small and rolled with any changed we wanted to make. She was also incredibly accommodating, as we have several gluten free friends (they have actual allergies) and she created an entire menu that was friendly to them and the people who aren’t never noticed the difference.

Deanna also catered our rehearsal dinner along with our brunch on Sunday morning, which was huge and made for one-stop shopping. Her staff was friendly, warm, attentive and great to work with. Planning can get stressful but she was fun, warm and just awesome to speak with, while also being professional and detail oriented. We wish we could do it all over again, if only to eat her amazing food! ”
